We are looking for an experienced and reliable cleaner to assist with one of our NDIS client’s homes on an ongoing fortnightly basis. The initial clean will require: * General/deep cleaning throughout the home * Clearing cluttered areas * Hard rubbish to be removed or moved outside ready for collection * Ongoing general cleaning and maintenance every fortnight Important: There are sharp/used needles present at the property, so we require someone who is experienced and comfortable working in this type of environment and understands safe sharps handling and disposal procedures. Please bring appropriate PPE and cleaning equipment. Experience with NDIS, community services, hoarding cleans or hazardous cleaning would be highly regarded. Thorough deep clean of a kitchen and bathroom that haven't had a full clean in around 8 months. General surface cleaning has been kept up, but this needs proper attention to buildup - see photos for an honest look at current condition.
