Looking for an experienced and detail-oriented cleaner to give my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Alphington a thorough clean. TIMING: The job can be completed anytime between 7:00am and 3:00pm tomorrow, Friday 4 September. It MUST be completely finished by 3:00pm to align w/ inspection. The apartment is lived in and hasn't had a professional clean for approximately 6 weeks. I am considering selling and have a real estate inspection/appraisal coming up, so I'd like it looking particularly clean and presentable. This is not an end-of-lease clean and the apartment is already tidy and organised, minimal clutter.  I'd like the clean to include: • Thorough clean of both bathrooms, including showers, shower glass, toilets, basins, mirrors and fittings • Kitchen surfaces, splashback, sink and cooktop • Wipe exterior of kitchen cabinetry and appliances • Dust all accessible surfaces • Vacuum throughout • Mop all hard floors • Skirting boards • Window sills and accessible tracks • Internal glass and mirrors • Remove fingerprints/visible marks from doors, handles and light switches • General attention to anything visibly dusty or dirty • Particular attention to making the kitchen and bathrooms look polished for the inspection No need to clean inside cupboards or wardrobes. I'm looking for someone with excellent reviews who is thorough rather than simply fast. When making an offer, please confirm: 1. What time you can arrive tomorrow 2. That you can finish by 3:00pm 3. Whether you work alone or as a team 4. Approximately how long you expect the clean to take If all goes well, open to making this a regular, ongoing job. DEEP CLEAN required for house lease transfer. We are moving houses and as part of this are doing a lease transfer for a new tenant. This means that whilst we don't need to do a full blown "exit clean" we would like to leave with a slightly deeper clean than provided by our usual fortnightly cleaners. The house is in beautiful condition - would just love someone to please give the entire house it's regular clean, and then give the bathroom a really really deep clean, and perhaps a little extra TLC on the kitchen too. We do not require cleaning of walls as per an exit clean - but need your quote to inculde wiping down and cleaning out cupboards and draws etc . We will do the oven ourselves .
