replace door handle on outside door. The door is not damaged in any way it just needs a full replacement lock as the current one has stopped working properly. the black tape holds the part in place that is faulty.

Yale smart lock not working properly. - Cant unlock with keypad. pin not working, have tried to reset multiple times and still doesnt work. - Door wont lock. Seems to be locked but you can just open it with handle from outside. Need repair or replacement. If replaced, new unit needs to work with “aiphone” inside intercom unit. This still works with the current yale smartlock, it allows us to see visitors and buzz them in.
