The front door handle has stopped working properly. When turning the handle, it no longer retracts the latch (pin) in the door jamb, so the door won’t open unless it’s unlatched manually. The handle still rotates freely but seems disconnected from the internal mechanism. I have pulled off the mechanism and attached photos. Looking for a handyman or locksmith to: • Inspect the handle and latch mechanism • Identify whether the spindle or latch assembly needs replacing • Supply and install any required parts Please bring tools and standard replacement parts for front entry handles.
