Our door is currently jammed and cannot be unlocked. We need a qualified handyman or locksmith to assess the issue, remove the existing doorknob, and supply and install a new doorknob. The replacement doorknob should be the same as, or look very similar to, the original one. Please bring the necessary tools and advise if you can supply the replacement doorknob or if we need to purchase it separately.

We have recently moved into a tendency of the smart lock on the office door. We would like to reset it and change the code. According to the manual, it involves removing the lock and resetting it on the rear of the outer face of the lock. Probably something I could do myself, but I don't want to risk it.
