Hi, I’m looking for gentle, in-home help with decluttering and organising, particularly my wardrobe, but also some overflow areas. I’m on a pension, so I need to work in small, affordable sessions rather than large packages. I also experience anxiety about letting go of items, as I’ve needed things again in the past, so I’m looking for a staged, non-judgemental approach where nothing leaves the house immediately unless I’m comfortable with it. I am ready to be realistically brutal about getting rid of things. I’d like to focus on working with what I already own and creating systems that reduce my overwhelming stress and anxiety. I would like to start with my clothing, as half of my bed is permanently covered with it. I live in my sister’s granny flat and am managing depression, anxiety, and difficulty leaving the home with the support of a psychologist and psychiatrist. Most of my money is tied up in ongoing expenses, so affordability is important. I’ve recently started an online Etsy store making jewellery and other crafts, which has taken over much of my home along with my clothing. I literally feel like a hoarder, but everything I have is tied to my store. I’m beyond overwhelmed, and this is affecting my mental health. Hi - we both work full-time and have 2 kids and would like some regular help with laundry (putting washes on, taking them out to dry, folding and putting clothes away) and general housekeeping (tidying, changing beds, light cleaning) for 4 hours every week - 2 hours every Tuesday and 2 hours every Thursday (any time between 9 - 3). We have a pile of clean clothes for a family of 4, that need to be sorted and folded so that we can put them away. A little bit about our home and the setup: Our folding area is upstairs, in the hallway between all the bedrooms. Air conditioning is available and work areas aw well lit.
