I’m reaching out regarding a wedding we’re planning at a private estate in Sunbury, VIC. We are setting up a 10m x 30m marquee on an open piece of land adjacent to the main property, and we require site levelling and preparation prior to installation. The ground is mostly flat, but there are some uneven patches and bumps that will need to be levelled, compacted, and prepped for either turf or a temporary timber flooring system. The access is suitable for machinery, and we’d like to ensure the surface is safe, smooth, and well-drained for guest use. Would you be available to inspect the site and provide a quote for Minor levelling and grading. The wedding is scheduled for 6th December 2025, and we’re looking to have this work completed in advance to allow for marquee setup and styling. Require roughly ~5m3 of clean fill to fill any deep areas in our back yard then top up with sandy loam soil (~15m3). Rocks to be removed from as well. Soil has already been delivered. Soil will need to be semi compacted both clean fill and sandy loam to prepare for laying of turf. Soil height to be 5cm below concrete paths to ensure when turf is laid, it is roughly same height as concrete.
