Originally scheduled for 24/5 then he rescheduled on the day to 25/5, then again to 9am 27/5 which was well past my preferred completion date. Came around 27/5 in the afternoon but didn’t complete the job due to the weather. Stupidly in good faith I released payment after being reassured it would be done 29/5 which also didn’t happen. I understand things come up & was stupid to release payment but now I will need to pay someone else to finish job
