Hello, I have 2 lawn mowers which dont start and would like service/repair performed to get up and running. Assuming basic service gets them up and running would kike the following performing: Service to include Sharpen blades Change air filters Change spark plugs Change oil Drain fuel tanks. The pull cord on the Victor also doesnt retract and will need fixed. If its anything more significant please advise upon inspection. I will supply new petrol and oil. Other parts above to be supplied in service please. Thanks,
