We’re looking for a reliable lawn mowing subcontractor to take on an established run. This includes 7 clients grouped into an efficient driving route across: Bellfield, Preston, Reservoir, Heidelberg West and Heidelberg Heights. Most are standard residential lawns, with one larger lawn that takes over an hour. The full run currently takes 1 person roughly 7h including driving time using commercial-grade equipment. Work involved: Mowing, whipper snipping/edging where required, and blowing down hard surfaces so each property is left neat and tidy You will need to provide your own: Lawn mower Whipper snipper Blower Reliable vehicle Fuel and other related expenses You must have: Lawn mowing experience Your own equipment Public liability insurance An ABN Reliable communication A neat, professional standard of work This would suit someone already doing lawn mowing or garden maintenance who wants to add a regular run to their schedule. There is potential for more ongoing work if things go well. Please include in your response your experience, equipment, availability, and confirm you have your own public liability insurance and ABN. Please make your offer half of what you would like for a day rate to complete this yourself. The initial run you'll have atleast another person with you on all jobs, so it should take half the time. We also need to ensure standards are set and give a warm handover with the clients. Our budget is $165 when we join you and $330 after by yourself.
