Remove the larger established weeds from root by hand-pulling or digging rather than just cutting them down. Whipper-snip very long grass/weedy areas especially around fence edge and where necessary. Mow the lawn once the long growth has been reduced. Rake and tidy the entire area. Place green waste in bin. I have a green bin available. Once bin is full after packing down, please take away remaining waste. I will remove the existing black mulch myself, so no mulch removal or disposal is required. Need someone to tidy up the front nature strip , mow it, edge it and also clean up the grass on the other side of the footpath as Shown in the photos. Another task is to hedge trim the pittosporum shown in the photo, also get the top of it trimmed to same level so that it doesn’t get too stalky.
