Note: I am also having concrete poured in the adjacent area this month, so we will need to coordinate timing (ideally, turf goes in after the heavy concrete work). Scope of Work: Site Preparation & Substrate Removal: Excavate and remove all existing substrate across the entire 92.16 sqm area. This includes digging out and removing the 62 sqm of existing grass/turf at the back, as well as clearing the remaining gravel/soil substrate in the 30.16 sqm zone. Buffalo Turf: Supply, bring in under-turf soil/prep the base, and lay 92.16 sqm of premium Buffalo turf. Waste Removal: Clean up the site and dispose of all old turf, excavated substrate, and leftover materials from your work. Backyard and front yard together are approximately 150m² and have not been maintained/mowed for around 9 months. I need a thorough clearing of weeds and overgrown grass. Remove the larger established weeds from root by hand-pulling or digging rather than just cutting them down. Whipper-snip very long grass/weedy areas especially around fence edge and where necessary. Need someone to tidy up the front nature strip , mow it, edge it and also clean up the grass on the other side of the footpath as Shown in the photos. Another task is to hedge trim the pittosporum shown in the photo, also get the top of it trimmed to same level so that it doesn’t get too stalky.
