I’m after a fixed-price quote only to mow and tidy the nature strip directly in front of my property. Scope • Approx. 10–12 metres long × 2–2.5 metres wide. • Mow only to my property/fence lines as directed. The nature strip continues into the neighbouring properties on both sides; leave those sections untouched. • Flat, standard nature strip split by a concrete footpath. • Open street access. • Mow and neatly edge/whippersnip around the footpath, kerb and tree base. • You may use my green council bin. • No weed killer, herbicide or other chemicals unless I approve it first. • Full cleanup required: leave the area clean, neat and presentable, with all clippings cleared from the footpath, kerb and gutter. No mess left for me to clean up. Please reply with: 1. Total fixed price, including labour, equipment, fuel and GST if applicable. 2. How long the quoted price is valid for. 3.
