Basically the complete job :) Re budget - will pay what it costs. Backyard is a weird triangle shape, but is quite small - hard to measure (see pics). I’ve done a rough measure and marked up a bad drawing. Maybe 40m2 of turf? Access at sides of house around 1M wide. Turf to be Sir Walter or similar. Not too particular, needs some shade tolerance.

Vacant block of land which needs to be neatened up so grass doesn't get too high. Please note that due to retaining wall works the land is a uneven so not appropriate to be mowed.
