Just vacated a rental property, forgot to mow/clean the back of the building, and real estate agent wants it fixed. As I have moved bit faraway I don’t want to drive 3hours for 15min work. Its about 8 meters by 1meter area. See photo. You don’t even need any tools or mower, I just pulled the weed by hand at the front, but forgot the back!
