There are two sections of lawn in my front yard need mowing. The large area should be a simple mow (collecting grass as you go , please). The smaller area along the fence probably needs whipper snipping., Not sure. and there’s a bit of garden cleanup parcel along with that also i expect! Hi there, We're looking for someone to take care of a few maintenance tasks at our holiday home on an ongoing basis, with work being undertaken twice per week through summer - ideally Mondays and Thursdays starting asap through to the end of March and one visit per week (ideally Thursdays) from April onwards. Tasks: 1. Twice weekly whipper-snipping and mowing of lawns (inc. backyard and small grassy section by the street in front of the house). We have a hybrid couch lawn that needs to be mowed twice/ week through summer (a regular lawn mower can be used on the lawn) 2. Pool maintenance. This would include emptying the filter box and using the pool hose to clean debris from the pool. We have a monthly pool cleaner who takes care of the minerals/ testing water etc, we simply need someone to ensure the pool filter box is emptied regularly and any debris from the pool is removed. 3. Putting the bins on the street for collection each Thursday (bins collected 6am Fridays) The lawn size isn't big, it's a 600sqm block and the house, pool, landscaping take up much of that space.
