Find a professional lattice installation service in South Adelaide

Needing assistance put up either privacy lattice or fencing to provide privacy in my courtyard. Fence needs to meet council requirements so no higher than 2.1 metres and must be installed safely as my neighbour has young child likely to try and climb or kick balls etc into. I have permission from my landlord to put privacy lattice or fencing but i will need to take it with me if i decide to move in the future so not wanting anything to elaborate. Also would be amazing if i could get some help putting up hooks on my eve to put up temporary shade cloth for summer .

Install six panels lattice (kit from Bunnings) to existing colourbond fence. Four (each panel 2.4 m) panels on one side of fence from lemon tree pictured, then two panels on other side fence pictured (bowing panels will need to be removed or I can do it).
