We have a retaining wall that backs onto a public (Council) stairway. The stairway has dropped substantially and has a storm water drain beneath it. Ever since we've had water pouring through our retaining wall into our property and the wall has crumbled our pool fence and appears to be held together merely by the vine growing over it. We need a report to this effect.
