Due date negotiable - preferably job is finished by start of December. This $2k budget is for labour. I have an approximate materials budget of around $2.5k that can be dispersed in cash, so please indicate in your quote if you think that's reasonable and can work to that budget. This task will involve: -Removing existing turf and grading soil -Digging a small set of steps -Paving with sandstone pavers -Building a small retaining wall/garden bed with sandstone blocks (no capping required) -Laying new turf See images for current backyard plan and proposed changes, as well as photos of current yard. The idea is to remove the existing grass/weeds and grade this back to a level surface, then lay sandstone pavers around the perimeter of the grass, dig and pave some stairs leading down to the pitt (depth 300mm) which contains an access door to the subfloor (and to pave this pitt too/line walls with sandstone blocks), build a raised garden bed using sandstone blocks, add some sandstone garden edging around the lemon tree using the same blocks, and then to lay new turf. Soft landscaping of new duplex… ready now

Looking for someone to shovel a large pile of dirt into a skip bin at my house. Skip bin provided. Shovels and wheelbarrows provided. Just need some labour!

Bore water pump not drawing water. The bore spear has become detached from the bore screen/filter and the bore cap. It can now only be lowered halfway into the water well before reaching mud. Please assist to retrieve and reattach the filter and cap, and reseat the 3.8m spear. - Due date: Before Saturday, 23rd Oct 2021

We have a bore water pump which has worked well for many years. After a fortnight of no usage, there is no water flow. I've tried priming the pump by pouring water in the top (accessed by removing the bolt). The pump's electrical and mechanical components seem okay - it sounds and looks the same as when it was working. Please assist to restore water flow.

Require a new brick pillar built 380 x380 x about 1500 high to match existing pillar on new foundations and then rendered . New path constructed with granite pavers ( supplied ) 2400 x 900 and square area paved 1650 x 1250 after first taking up existing concrete path . It would be probably necessary to view site to give accurate quote . We are in Sans Souci and not sure how all of this will work with covid .

We had a delivery of soil from Flower Power recently. This needs to be moved bit by bit by wheel barrow or a bucket on a trolley (provided) to our backyard. No more than 1-2 hours' work :) We can open the garage door and there is direct access to the back yard. So it's a very short distance.
