We want to build a 30 meter long fence on shared boundary. As shared boundary is in 250mm distance from an existing retaining wall so it may require special postings so that it does not impact existing retaining wall in anyway. The existing retaining wall is 750mm from the house garage wall. Those having QBCC licence could please reach out.

Approximately 100m of residential fencing including an access gate and walk-in gate. Removal of old fencing. Approximately 20m of retaining wall replace or repair (around 80-100cm high) which is part of the boundary fence line. One large tree stump grind. Photo is of retaining wall/fence and tree.
