Hubby started a retaining wall but didn't finish it. Only needs three more sleepers and posts to be cut down to size. Plus a few other little jobs (making hubby's home made steps water proof). A good yard clean up too. And some garden maintenance.

Didnt get the dirt removed when finishing the build. Have done most of the front and side, just don't have the tools to finish the rear. Want the dirt leveled down enough to put sand/mulch on Price negotiable
