We need a spa moved from one side of our house (out of an undercover area) to the other side of the house. The spa is 2.3 x 2.3 metres wide and 1m high. Weight empty is 250kgs. The distance is approximately 30-40 metres. The covered area has two steps down and the rest of the path to follow is mainly grass and one level. Currently the pool area access is good as there is temporary fencing that can be moved out of the way. This is at least a 2 person job with me helping. A large 4 wheeled movers dolly will be needed, either you supply one or I can hire one.

Hi, I’m looking to hire an experienced landscaping contractor for a ground-levelling project at my residential property in Gillieston Heights. The job involves excavation and extra soil removal across approximately 50–55 sqm, grading the area to create proper fall away from the house slab, placing 5.5 m³ of 20 mm drainage rock, installing geotextile fabric (if required), compacting the soil before rock placement (if required), ensuring stormwater is properly directed to the existing Ag line, and cleaning up the site upon completion.
