I am looking to engage a landscaper to complete landscaping work on my newly built detached home in Fullarton. The plot size is 334 square metres, I have the site plan and engineering, and drainage plans for my plot (2A Lot 741) and my neighbour's plot (2 Lot 742) for you to take a look at. We are looking for: Retaining walls (as per the attached engineering/drainage plan) Stormwater, sump pump and rainwater tank (as per the attached engineering/drainage plan) Aggregate concrete driveway to continue around the property including front porch and rear alfresco. Front garden with new tree and soft landscaping as per plan/council requirements Rear lawn with Pencil Pine Conifers to the west boundary Living green wall on a few sections of the colourbond fence (which is to be installed) Small area planter bed 1000 wide x 250 deep We also have fencing requirements so please let me know if you have any recommended/preferred companies. Our slab is due to be laid in May so we would like to get the retaining and draining work done soon and the other landscaping nearer to/after handover.
