looking for someone to lay 600 x 400mm pavers in an area of 6.5 mtrs x 2.5 mtrs and 5 steps from back of house to garage. The pavers are onsite and gravel is already laid.

Excavation of old stumps and trees on side, clean up backyard and dispose of rubbish.

Preparation of back yard & side walkway including levelling for new lawn, preparation for garden and pebbles beds including install of metal edging.

Need to get this landscaping bed re-done. Something simple and very low maintenance ! Pots are broken so will be throwing them out.

Please refer to photos for levels. • cover the termite barrier with soil • cover drain / trench in backyard (if possible) to protect soil from going inside, but still allow rain water to flow. • plants not required to be installed. But if you can source non invasive bamboos for either sides of the house that would be fantastic (as a screen to cover view into either side neighbours from windows). Talking about 4m on the one side and approximately 8-11m on the either. Happy to discuss other screwing options. But if bamboos are a lot expensive then I might do it after obtaining OC. Note: there will be slightly less landscaping required than what is shown in the landscape plan. This is because the driveway will be double driveway (width of the garage) all along till footpath. We have a 7m long church that we would like mounted on a brick retaining wall we built for a seat. I will then finish the painting of the pew but it will need to be fixed in a way that means it can be sat on at the height of the wall. At least three of the legs of the pew will need to be cut to allow it to sit on the wall and I was going to add holes for rain to drain from. - Due date: Before Monday, 10 October 2022
