Find an experienced landscaper for any job in Como NSW

Looking for an experienced gardener/team for a major one-off garden cleanup at our home in Como. Expecting this to take one day, likely more than one person given the size of the job. Site access: ~25 steps from street to house, then a further ~20 steps down to the back yard. Scope: • Hand-weed all garden beds (front, side, and back) and the large veggie patch, with chemical spray where hand-pulling isn’t practical • Prune dead/overgrown growth from all garden beds (not the hedges — leave those) • Top up soil in the veggie patch, ready for us to plant • Mulch sides and back (not front yard) — natural/plain coloured mulch only (no red or dyed mulch) — please supply the mulch yourself and include it in your quote • Mow and edge the large back lawn • Remove ALL green waste from the property (we have 2 green bins but expect far more waste than that — please include tip run/disposal in your price) • Leave hard surfaces blown clean of debris We want the garden left maintainable and neat — a tidy baseline we can build on. Following this cleanup, we’re looking to set up ongoing monthly maintenance with the right person/team, so this is a great opportunity to pick up regular ongoing work if you do a good job. What we need from you: a fixed price quote (not hourly) that includes materials (mulch, soil, herbicide) and green waste disposal. Please confirm your crew size and that you’re comfortable working on a steep block with lots of stairs, and confident you can complete the job in roughly one day. Need 7 tonne of sand moving up 5 flights of external stairs

Move 4-5 sandstone rocks (40-50kg) approx 500 meters (3 streets away)

Would like to creat a zen style in a area that is sloped and poor clay soil

Have 1.5 cubic meters of Soil and approx 80sqm of turf that I need moved from the front of the property to the rear of the property. Lug mulch up stairs Min 4 hours - $120 8am to 2pm / extra hours at same rate Pics: 1) mulch at stairs 2) Garden bed I filled this morning (60kg female) 3) Garden bed to fill. Can put any extra in other spots (or maybe mow grass where mulch is and spread it out. NB Somehow duplicate task. I cant find the first. Will respond to this add. We need a labourer to dig trenches, assist in preparing for the construction of a retaining wall. We would like someone there starting Friday - 20/01/23 but could start 23/01/23. We budgeted about $50 an hour - 6 hours a day for 3 days. This can be discussed and negotiated. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 20 January 2023
