Work includes: - Covering an old round exhaust fan hole (approx. 250mm) – no need for perfect finish, as cabinets will cover most of it - Filling in electrical chases and small cut-outs from recent wiring - Skimming and blending a few wall edges where walls were opened up - General touch-ups so the surface is smooth and ready for painting All materials and tools to be supplied. Job in Mosman Park, ideally ASAP (next few days). Photos attached for reference.

Need someone to repair/rebuild a damaged internal brick window sill before new kitchen installation. Old bricks are loose and crumbling — need them reset or replaced, levelled, and made solid and smooth (ready for plaster/render and later tile splashback). Must ensure sill is level with slight slope from window and finish neat around frame. Ideally done ASAP (next few days). Please bring tools and materials — photos attached.

I need 7 Kitchen Base cabinets and a laminate benchtop removed and 7 new Ikea cabinets and a Laminate benchtop reinstalled. Cooktop and Sink need to be cut into benchtop and it needs to return into the window reveal. I have a plumber, an electrician and the skip ordered. So install does not include these. Job includes: - Removal of the existing kitchen, including row of tiles (skip bin provided – all materials must be placed in the bin) - Assembly and installation of the new Kaboodle kitchen (base cabinet, pantry cabinet, island, drawer cabinet and wall cabinet) - Laminate benchtop installation with cut-outs (all needing drawer handles, hinges, drawer fronts, drawer runners and handles fitted) - Installation of integrated range hood, oven, cook top - Plumbing: disconnection and reconnection of dishwasher and sink - Installation of new sink and taps - Removal of existing splashback tiling (minimal – just one row of tiles). If wall surface damage occurs, repairs will be necessary - Disposal of all packaging from the new kitchen (into skip bin provided) Important details: - This quote is for labour only. - All appliances, cabinets, benchtops, sink, taps, splashback tiles, plumbing fittings, and power points will be supplied by me. - Skip bin will also be provided. - If any damage occurs during demolition (e.g. removing tiles or cabinets), it must be repaired at no additional cost. - Installer must have experience with kitchen installations, plumbing and electrical connections of this kind.
