We currently have a laundry area which we wish to convert into a secondary kitchen countertop with a kitchen style sink. We also wish to build new kitchen cabinetry for the same. The cabinetry and new counter should match that of the existing kitchen counter. This will serve as an area in which we will wash and put dishes for drying, non essential but accessible appliance and cutlery storage. I've added an image which shows a setup similar to what we're looking to achieve. The difference will be where we won't have the overhead dryer and replace it with more cabinetry. The cabinetry, counter, sink etc. should be as close as possible to the current kitchen design as possible. Thank you!

I have a new sink to fit to our kitchen bench which will most probably require re plumbing as current pipes are leaking slightly. This will also require cutting the stone bench to fit new sink shape and tap fittings. I also have a new back splash 4sqm and old tile removal that needs doing.

I am looking for custom made kitchen cabinets & stone benchtop with wall splash-backs & floor tiles. I have gotten some diagrams from quotes I got earlier this year. Thing’s didn’t quite progress due to the lockdowns. I pretty much want a full U shaped kitchen, with two spaces added in on the left of the current water heater, which we hope to also replace (one for dishwasher and one for washing machine).
