Hi, Looking for a qualified electrician to install pendent light (photos attached). Its a 2 story house , there is around 1 ft (apx) gap in the attic, there are already down-lights installed in the kitchen so wiring is there, not sure if the same wiring can be used. I am purchasing a second Nd hand kitchen and need someone to install the kitchen and bench top. Kitchen is U shape with lengths of 2.7 X 3.1 X 2.7 One side is all tall cupboards and a fridge space, the 3.1m side has thenoven and then there is the 2.7m bench side which has the sink and dishwasher I need someone that knows how to install the kitchen

Laminate bench-top installation Need to be skilled as few cuts must be done (one of the cuts at the joint). Uninstall 2 cabinets (hanging) put a filler then install again straight cut through the laminated benchtop (laundry). Bottom cabinet need to be uninstalled place a filler then install (laundry). Over hung cabinet need to be installed (fridge over hung). Make cuts for 2 x sinks, cooktop and tapes... few small items like placing the fillets underneath ... all the fillers will be supplied. For The laminated benchtop someone has tried to install it and pretty much stuff it up need someone knows what's doing please most of the benchtop assembled but it might need to be dismantled and reassemble. I was hopeful to get a quote to have an ikea kitchen installed? Our tradies were due to do it last week but let us down. We are currently demolishing the current kitchen cabinets everything is capped off, electricity, plumbing etc. old cabinets should be out by tomorrow at the latest. We are located in Northgate, the stone Maison needs the kitchen cabinets installed before he can measure everything and cut the stone to fit etc. Happy to send you through the plans etc. the actual kitchen itself is delivered and sitting in our garage ready to go… It is a small kitchen for a 2 bedroom townhouse all one level so no stairs

I have finally received confirmation that my ordered bunnings kaboodle kitchen is ready. The flatpacks are due to arrive on site hopefully by the 30th May. I had a previous task posted which had expired due to waiting for this order. I can now proceed again looking for a local experienced installer. The work looks easy enough to do but this for my mother's house and I live in Sydney. Work required: Remove Existing Cabinets • There are 5 old falling apart cupboards and sink that needs to be removed, pictures provided. • Existing cabinets on the walls will stay. • Pantry will stay. Will need to carefully remove cupboard where it meets the pantry. Assemble Cabinets • Plenty of room in the under cover garage adjacent to the kitchen to assemble. Build and install Ikea flatpacks - carcass only, no doors. Will need an adjustment to the top of drawers against back wall to centre the cook top. Currently fits to cabinetry off centre and I will be installing a centred plastered rangehood on that wall (feel free to let me know if you can do this too and what you would charge). Cabinery to be built on plinths I will also need the existing internal wall to be built out slightly further to meet the high cabinets against that wall. If you have the expertise, I also need oven and dishwasher installed Benchtop to be installed separately. Complete drawings can be supplied, but I couldn't attach here

We installed Hafele under sink bins 15 years ago as part of a full reno. Everything is still in good condition but the runners that are attached to the sides of the cabinet are damaged. The ball bearings are falling out and the cabinetry holding the bins doesn’t pull out properly. I’m looking for someone who can help source the correct replacement runners (or rails, not sure what they’re called) and install them. For reference, we have a five bins system and it measures around 570w x 700d x 750h.
