I've bought a repairable write off and currently fixing the car up. It appears to have some electrical gremlins and my scanner won't work on the car. Wanting someone experienced with auto electrical issues, scanning diagnostic work. Ideally I'm trying to fix a few issues to try and get the engine to turn over. - rear tailgate won't open - front windows won't operate - central locking won't work - haven't got any fuel pump or starter noises Someone did take a bunch of relays which I have reinstalled. Maybe I'm missing something but above my experience level with electrical. Start at 200 call out fee and can agree on hourly rate. Minimum expectations is get all error codes and cleared

Ok so just wanting to see if anyone can help the car started as somehow the steering wheel lock is not coming off and the car won’t start, I m trying not to send the car to the mechanic’s for a hefty bill so exploring other options, I’ve read online that some people have tried tapping on the steering wheel lock module and it worked, I have no idea how to do that so would appreciate your help
