I have age of empires iv installed via Steam but it gets stuck on the aoe IV the first blue screen (not blue screen of death). It freezes on the blue screen for a couple of minutes and then exits on its own. No error messages. The specs of my computer are in the photos. We are a small business located near Martin Place Station, Sydney CBD. We are seeking a reliable and professional IT support provider to assist with urgent setup for a new staff member. Needs onsite attendance and work. We currently have 5 laptops on Federated access to at least 4 of them using email addresses assigned to each staff member. There is one principal with administrator access and a locked down OneDrive folder with only administrator access. Everyone has an email address. All emails are via Outlook. There is a OneDrive and a SharePoint. There is a domain set up with VentraIP. Scope of Work: • Set up a brand new laptop (Windows OS) for one staff member. • Create and configure a Microsoft 365 user account, including Outlook email setup on an existing domain. • Set up secure login credentials, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) where possible. • Configure Federated Login (single sign-on) so the user can log into any compatible device. • Configure access to company SharePoint, mapped as a folder on the laptop for ease of access. • Configure OneDrive backup or another cloud backup solution for the device. • JoinComputer to Domain. • Migrate Old Cpanel Emails to Office365. Timeline: • Setup must be completed by close of business, Wednesday (currently Monday). Location: • Sydney CBD, a short walk from Martin Place Station (across the road from Metro entrance).
