Fix Internet - Possible replace router

Internet is down. Either faulty NBN device. Or Router has died. Or possible (but unlikely) cable issue. Step 1: Plug in a laptop directly into NBN device to make sure internet working. Possibly NBN device needs to be reset. Step 2: Check and see if router (TP-Link) is working okay. There is a slight chance it needs to be replaced. There should be a replacement router at location, but if you have a spare one in case, that would be helpful.
Justin went above and beyond in helping fix my internet. He did all this while I was overseas. He understood exactly how to fix it in a speedy way.

Hey I’ve just moved into an apartment that takes FTTB NBN but the phone line doesn’t have a socket to actually connect my internet modem so I need someone to create one perhaps or just get the mine setup so I can connect the internet modem. Ideally would like it done ASAP but can be done any time between today and next Friday!
