I recently changed ISPs and now have extremely poor connection to my 2 smart TVs, despite having an 'ultra fast' plan and 2 top of the line Eero routers!! I am also unable to reconnect my DMSS CCTV system. I need someone who is a genuine IT expert to troubleshoot and fix both issues. Happy to pay but only if results are achieved.

I am on NBN with Telstra - experience anywhere between 1 and 5 drops outs per day Not good when video-conferencing 5 hrs/day. Im paying over 300 per mo for all sorts of data and all sorts of crap. I need someone to have a look at my set-up and get me on a reliable economical internet/telephony plan.

I have just signed up with Mate for my internet. I received my modem and nbn unit and having a hard time connecting to the internet. I have connected the cables and on my phone it will say "connected without internet". The company did what they could but still nothing.Im not sure if ive missed something but Im desperate for help.

Internet upload and download speed is OK but the internet irratically keeps dropping out. My house is wired with a local area network and the internet is part of this cabelling.

There's a bridge router connected to the main internet The main internet is okay however most likely due to power outage of someone unplugged certain things we need someone to be on site to check what's going on We will provide remote assistance over the phone preferably somewhere know network knowledge

1. Router settings changed and had problems, router reset, now can't connect devices to internet eg. robot vacuum. 2. Internet drops out periodically also, not sure why. Have to restart router for it to work again. 3.Also want to improve internet safety and security in the home. 4. Also had trouble transferring photos to Synology NAS, all transfer except for a couple and can't work out which ones didn't go across 5. Considering use of Firewalla or similar for control of devices / wifi use, want to look at parental controls for wifi usage, teenage kids.
