Find an experienced interior house painter in WA

Need to get my dads Apartment freshened yo for either selling or renting out it’s a two bedroom ground floor apartment walls are currently like an off white almost bathroom ceiling is flaking and will need to be sanded back otherwise there’s not much damage that will need to be fixed before going ahead with a paint I’m pretty sure. Just wanting it painted the normal white colour an apartment would normally painted not hospital white but something warmer. Kitchen and Loungeroom then two bedrooms and a bathroom all quite small.

Quote to paint full interior for a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house and a separate external studio, quote for all the walls to be prepped and painted to a similar light grey colour all the way through. The interior walls where there were small defects have been patched sanded and painted but they haven't matched the paint color properly I need someone with proper skills to get the right color to blend in the areas that have been painted and repaired.
