One coat, likely Natural White, interior of 5 bedroom home in Newport. Also need a few cupboard doors painted and ideally like someone who can patch 3 golf ball sized holes in the gyprock. This home is occupied. This home will be for sale so it's a presale paint. Possible stair bannister paint. The walls are currently painted in Casper white full and half strength.

Seeking a painter to repaint a two bedroom apartment (about 65 m2). It was painted prior to purchase without sealing and some cigarette stains/odour are seeping through. The painting would need to include a stain blocking primer (Zinser or similar) and topcoat, and use of quality (Dulux) paints. Will include some prep, cleaning walls (ceiling recently replastered), and door and window frames.

I have a bedroom and lounge room that need painting by 23rd May before joinery arrives. Bedroom - 50-60% wall coverage required with 2 coats on walls and ceilings Lounge Room - 1 main feature wall and small returns require 2 coats. Ceiling should be ok with 1 coat so long as it’s painted well. * ceilings are higher than standard and you will need a tall ladder. I have one here but bring a second if you want a platform. You will need to remove some items from walls such as the bookshelf in lounge and replace where possible once done. Please note we will be making our choice based on experience, professional level and feedback so do not apply if new to site or don’t have high rankings in each of those areas. We have all the paint required. Areas and measurements shown in images. Purple lines show walls green show ceiling coverage You must supply everything else. Please ensure plenty of clean drop sheets to protect furniture surrounds and floor coverings. It’s anticipated that you might want to spread this over Thursday and Friday to allow paint to dry. But if you are confident you can do all in one day we are open to that.

We are looking to paint the exterior and interior of a home in Nth Balgowlah. The exterior is a mixture of flat sheeting and bricks, and is double story, with the house on a sloping block. The interior includes all walls, cornices and ceilings and the removal of wall paper on some existing walls. There are two new bedrooms and a study being constructed, with the rest of the house the exisiting infrastructure. Some images and floor plan attached. We take possession March 31st and can begin work on the outside and existing internal walls immediately. Hoping for completion during April.
