Scope of Work: Interior: Paint 10 internal doors using low sheen oil finish Paint walls, ceilings, skirting, and architraves throughout the house All to be painted in Lexicon White Dulux 1 undercoat + 2 topcoats on all surfaces Walls and ceilings to be finished in flat All interior surfaces to be painted in the same colour, except one outside feature area which will remain a different colour (to be advised on site) Exterior: Paint front handrailing Paint fascia boards around the house (Note: These are the boards running along the roof edge, not eaves) Additional Details: Paint need to be supplied as well You must bring your own tools and equipment All surfaces must be prepped properly before painting Budget: $4,000 (all inclusive) We're looking for someone with attention to detail, prior experience in residential painting, and a clean finish. Full paint for townhouse interior. Has been rented for the past 6 yrs, and tenants are moving out on 3 Feb. End of lease clean will be done prior to starting. So house will be empty / shell. Need job to start on Tuesday 6 February 2024. Can inspect from Sunday 4 Feb if needed. I've attached photos - this is obviously when in good condition, but I don't have floor plan. I visited the property 6 weeks ago and it definitely needs a paint for maintenance. A couple of spots will required patching, but overall decent. To be painted: Full House and Garage. * 2 x bedrooms, including inside the wardrobes. Similar size 4m x 3m * 2 x bathrooms (1 standard size, one smaller ensuite size) * Laundry under stair case * Entrance way and staircase * 1 x open plan living space (upstairs) * The roof and 1 x wall of small outdoor balcony (you can see in photo) * Single garage. Required: * Walls * Window trims * Skirtings * Ceilings * Internal Doors - 6 (Front Door excluded). 2 x coats required. Will be just 1 colour for all the above. Dulux - most likely Matte White. I will supply the paint - however will need everything else supplied. Happy to work with a contact who has cheaper paint supply. The dates are firm, and I would like to lock in the booking this week. Undercoat and paint two coats of my kitchen/dining area: walls, doors, window frames and ceiling - Due date: Flexible

We recently had a bunk bed removed from the wall in our nursery and where the bunk was attached to the wall there is no white paint, and there are some drill holes in the wall (seen picture). If possible we would the small holes filled and the purple colour painted over (not sure if this needs the entire wall done for consistency?). I think I have a little bit of the original paint but not much (~70ml, see pic), and I assume the colour on the wall may have faded by now so might not match exactly. FYI - all walls are the same colour, and we have wooden floors so obviously wouldn't want paint getting on the floor. - Due date: Flexible
