Require a professional painter who can provide invoice for tax purposes. Job is interior paint of small 2br house. 2bedrooms, combined kitchen/dining, living room, small bathroom and laundry. Wash walls then repaint 2 coats of ceilings, walls, window/door frames/skirting, 6 x doors. + 2 exterior wooden window frames. You'll need to provide drop sheets to cover furniture, tools and clean up afterwards. We'll help to move furniture as best we can but tenants are living in the house. Budget is for the job, we'll cover paint if you supply a receipt. We're flexible on when this happens but can't be Nov 14-30.

A small semi detached villa requires internal painting in white, walls and ceiling. The villa consists of: 3x Bedrooms 1x Hallway 1x Kitchen 1.5x Living room. 1x Bathroom

We need some internal walls painted white. All walls have had recent gyprock work and are fully sanded and ready for paint. A base coat and top coat will be required across two days. We will provide the paint but will need you to provide all other equipment needed and drop sheets. The space needing painting is about 30 square meters. The plan is to just paint the areas around the patches (see images) but the scope will need to be increased if it looks too obvious. Patches will be on walls, ceiling and across bulkheads. Interior wooden door needing to be slightly shortened as dragging a little on carpet (tool supplied to do it). Also needs to have current brackets taken out and re aligned and put in place properly new holes made if necessary. Door then needs to be painted (paint and brush supplied).
