Scope of Work: Walls: Remove any nails, patch holes, and sand smooth before painting ( there aren’t too many of these) Ceilings: Wash and remove any stains before painting as well. Number of Rooms: Bedrooms x 2 ( including ceiling) Bathroom x 1 (just ceiling) Kitchen (Small + ceiling) Ensuite x 1 ( just ceiling) Open plan living and dining + Ceiling Small study area + Ceiling Laundry cupboard Doors: Up to 7 doors included in the job. Clean up of mess and leave tidy. Please include, labour, basic materials, paint and painting tools and all fees in your quote.
