It needs cleaning Inside and out each time it comes home from a hire. Refilling gas bottles etc. replacing towels, linen etc It takes about 2 hrs to do it all. It happens on a schedule. We can tell you the dates we need way in advance. There are about 10 bookings to the end of the year. So roughly every 1 or 2 weeks and it’s ongoing. Ground floor apartment. Occupant is in hospital & needs assistance cleaning the house to prepare for their return home. It’s very very messy / clothes everywhere / dishes piled up / food scraps in kitchen etc. I think this will take 4 or so hours. Imagine how you want your gone clean & gosh when returning from hospital or a holiday. Sheets washed, beds made, lights folded and out in cupboards.
