Housekeeper / Family Home Assistant (Not a standard cleaner) We’re a busy family in Randwick (two working parents, two kids aged 10 & 3, plus a friendly dog). One parent is recovering long-term from surgery, so we’re looking for a capable housekeeper / family home assistant who can genuinely take pressure off and keep the house running smoothly. Must be able to start Monday 12 January (with ongoing opportunity twice weekly). 3 hours on Monday 12 Jan • Start time flexible What this role is (and isn’t) This is not a once-over cleaner. We already know what “wipe benches and vacuum” looks like. We’re looking for a proactive noticer — someone who sees what needs doing and quietly gets it done, leaving the home reset and functional. Typical tasks (examples) • Kitchen reset: dishwasher loading/unloading, benches, sink, stovetop, bins • Laundry progression: wash/dry/fold/put away, linen rotation where needed • Tidy + reset high-traffic areas (living spaces, kids’ zones) • Light organisation (e.g., re-stock basics, straighten cupboards if time) • Quick refresh of bathrooms as needed (not a deep clean) No childcare required — we just need household support.
