I had to unexpectedly return to my home country whilst living in Australia. I was living and renting in Sydney but was elsewhere when I got the news to come home so all of my belongings are still in Australia. I won’t be able to return to get my belongings but my lease is up soon so it all needs to be sorted through. I basically will need someone to go to my house whilst my housemates are there so they can show you where the stuff is etc, and go through the boxes and bags I have packed and sort it out for me. The majority of the stuff will be either binned or donated but there are some things I want organised to be sent back to me in Ireland so that will basically be your job. I have a list of some items I want but I also might need you to FaceTime me to go through things to determine what I want sent back etc. There’s no large items or furniture or anything like that, my housemates will deal with that but it’s more so clothes, shoes, personal defects and trinkets/ memorabilia from my time in Aus. It would probably take you a full day to do this and own transport would probably be needed to be able to drop stuff off for donation etc. I can organise council pick up for the unwanted items so all you’ll need to do is chuck it on the kerb or in our bins. I’ll also organise the postage/ courier. Your job will be to just sort through stuff into; keep/ post, throw out or donate and then package up the stuff to keep to be sent home and drop the unwanted donation stuff off.
