I need two bedrooms steam cleaned for an end of lease move out ($100), and must have a receipt for the landlord. Separately I need the walls of the property cleaned (additional $100). Happy to have quotes for one or both. Property is completely empty and already bond cleaned.

Coordinating a basic end of lease clean (it wasn't very clean when they first took it over) for my brother's place as they have moved house while his wife is in hospital.
