Looking for a woman to help clean and tidy my bedroom, work out what clothes and items to keep, what to throw away, dust behind and under furniture, vacuum, find space, re-decorate. Someone patient, as I can’t decide what to keep and what to ditch.

Pave a walk way with blue stone pavers, which we have. 600x300 or 800x 400 and two 800x 200. Walkway is currently dirt that has been compacted under artificial turf for 9 years, very hard to break into. There is power at property and one paver may need cutting. Our household is looking for a regular house cleaner and dog walker to come on a Tuesday (either every week or fortnightly). My partner and I both work from an office on Tuesdays so we are looking for someone to come over on a Tuesday for a few hours (whenever it suits them) to do a couple hours of cleaning and then take our greyhounds on a walk. Having someone come over while we are at work will mean that our dog has company and you can work whenever you'd like between 9am and 5pm without being disturbed. We keep a very clean and calm home and just need someone to do a couple hours of cleaning to help with our busy schedules. These would include cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, small amount of ironing and cleaning the floors. The dogs will then need a walk for around 30 minutes. They are greyhounds so are very chill.

Cool room being moved, need to pump down the compressor to capture the refrigerant, hold for a few days while we move it then vacuum and reinsert the refrigerant. We are removing the compressor and reinstalling so it is only the work above.

We're getting married and our reception is at the Kensington Town Hall. The next morning between 8am and 10am I need all of the chairs (120) stacked and put back on trolleys, trestle tables folded and put at back of hall (6) and additional trestle tables left in a particular spot for a vendor to pick up (14). There will likely be some light rubbish to be tidied up and possibly some plastic containers that need to be filled with left over items (which will be picked up by family ~10am). Due to medium-term mobility restrictions I require some help with light housekeeping duties on a weekly basis for my apartment. Main jobs are: Rubbish Removal: I need someone to help me take out the rubbish and dispose of it in the basement waste bins. This task involves carrying and depositing bags of rubbish into the designated bins. All necessary equipment, such as a push trolley, rubbish bags and gloves, will be provided to make the task easier. Balcony/Window Cleaning: The balcony and windows need monthly cleaning. Cleaning supplies and tools, including window cleaning solution, squeegees, brooms and microfiber cloths, will be provided to facilitate the task. Mail Collection: I require assistance in collecting mail and packages from designated areas on the building's ground floor. Occasional errands: May require assistance with additional errands or irregular tasks (e.g. Spring clean, kitchen or clothing organisation). Compensation will be provided for any expenses incurred. Schedule: This will be a weekly task, approximately one hour per week (flexible with dates and times). Location: The task is located in Kensington, Victoria.
