Example day plan: 9:00–12:00: Home organisation and light cleaning 12:00–12:30: Break 12:30–2:30: Smoothie and meal prep for the fortnight 2:30–5:00: Medication prep, take dog to groomer, collect meds from pharmacy, post office returns, op shop drop-offs Core tasks: de-cluttering, moving and labelling boxes, creating simple systems and checklists, meal prep, basic errands, small handy tasks such as putting up curtains, and pet care. I have a Chihuahua and a Cavalier. You are reliable, calm, and good at working from a checklist. You communicate clearly by text, confirm priorities at the start, and give brief progress updates. Requirements: driver’s licence and a car or reliable access to one, ability to lift and move boxes safely, pet friendly. Police check and two references preferred. Location: Abbotsford, VIC.
