I live up two flights of stairs and no lift - the stairs have a very narrow landing so a trolley CAN NOT be used and the fridge will need to be carried down manually (once down the stairs and at the storage unit, a trolley will be fine, it's just because of the landing that you can't use one to get it downstairs).
