We’d like to have some parts of our house painted white, and cover some small movement cracks. 2 living areas, kitchen, hallway, walls above the stairs, including skirting boards. 2-3 cupboards doors. It’s currently all white but outdated. Will only need 2 coats max, if 1 coats can cover the original white then that’s perfect. Paint outdoor area fence dark grey. Paint the rear of the house with dulux weather shield x 2 good coats. I have sealed all the render with dulux artex but there is a bit I can’t reach from the ground without a trestle. That area needs sealing first. See photos. It is level out back to place a trestle. Includes soffits and drain pipes in the same colour for ease. Paint and sealer supplied but need own tools. Painting touch ups of skirting boards following floor sanding of 3 bedroom house plus some minor touch ups in walls. Paint supplied.

I would like two coats of paint on the front of my house including fascias and eves. It's a two storey house but the first storey is brick so only the top half needs painting as well as the double garage. It quite a complex architectural design so lots of different elements to it. Everywhere is accessible by standing on roof tiles but there may be one high point that requires a trestle which you would need to provide. I would estimate 2-3 days work. I will provide the paint but you can bring brushes and rollers. It's not overly comfortable work because the tiles are on a slant and paint gear has to be balanced so a trestle might help if you have one. Requires flexible person to reach some intricate areas! Must have insurance and be licensed. Some taping already done around windows and won't need to paint gutters. Most likely the one colour grey except eves will be white - Due date: Flexible
