Painting Scope: • Painting of walls only including living room, 3 x bedrooms and entrance hallway (skirtings, cornices, windows and architraves to remain untouched) • Living room has a feature wall with wallpaper – wallpaper needs to be removed prior to paint application • Existing wall colour is grey – new colour to be white – allow for approximately 3 coats to achieve a fully white finish • Paint will be supplied by us • Painter to supply all equipment and materials, including: • Drop sheets • Cutting tape • Sandpaper • Any other items required for a quality finish • There are approximately 4 minor plaster patches – may require a light sand before painting • No ladder on site – painter will need to bring their own ladder

To have 3 rooms painted Walls sanded and patched, gapped and painted, full sand on woodwork, patched gapped, primed on floor to wall and painted. Painter would provide all paint, gaps, primers, patch, tape, plastic sheet, etc included.

I would like the front of house (two floors) to be painted, as well as verandah roof (underside) and railings and stair railings. I have paint, paint brushes, rollers, drops sheets, ladder and a long roller.

This is the painting of a four bedroom townhouse in Dee Why (internal only) including all areas such as walls, ceilings, trims and doors. 2-3 coats required.

Recently added small basement retreat that needs to be painted white, which includes a room (roughly 3.1m w, 4.5m long and 2m high), a very small bathroom (just toilet and sink) and small/short hallway. MORE SPECIFIC INFORMATION: Clarifying, I meant the whole 4 bedroom house so includes laundry, downstairs toilet, kitchen, family room, lounge/dining, home entrance as per the attached photos of house plans. The house - empty except for piano on castors, 1 x lounge, 1 x bed, 1 x dining table. Bathroom and Ensuite - all walls are tiled except for ceilings. Main bathroom flaky ceiling. Staircase has a high ceiling. Require all windows (frames) and 1 x WIR and 3 x BIR walls to be painted. (Empty) Please provide all labour, tools, prep materials (fillers, gap sealant, sandpaper, tape, plastics, drop sheets, rollers, brushes, extension poles, ladders.) Provide masking, light sand and spot-prime repairs and stains, caulk gaps to skirtings, frames, trims as needed. Clean up.
