I have some painting work and minor general maintenance at our house to be done. This includes sanding/filling and repainting some pergola columns, and other work - really I'm looking for a good all rounder who will get work from us from time to time starting with the work outlined above.

We are getting the house ready for sale and want to get the deck, spa and timber posts painted. The deck is 5.5m x 4.7m Maybe you can use some filler for the holes in the deck? Would appreciate your guidance on how to get it presenting well without having to invest in new timber etc. Your reviews look like you know your way around timber and decks especially

One coat, likely Natural White, interior of 5 bedroom home in Newport. Also need a few cupboard doors painted and ideally like someone who can patch 3 golf ball sized holes in the gyprock. This home is occupied. This home will be for sale so it's a presale paint. Possible stair bannister paint. The walls are currently painted in Casper white full and half strength.

Paint 2 bedrooms and corridor in the house. I have highlighted the surface to be paint. Rooms are occupied. No need to paint the roof Price does not include paint. After the job, we will need a quote on the other parts of the house. Colour will be white with a dash of black. Need to patch some holes (small hooks)

2 coats of paint on the interior walls of a 2 storey 4 bedroom house in Belrose. Paint colour is Dulux snowy mountains quarter for all walls and ceiling white for ceilings. 2 coats for windows and doors in dulux vivid white. We need a professional painter to paint a 9m wide x 6m high concrete wall in our premium indoor basketball training facility in Brookvale, NSW. The area to be painted is 4.5m high x 9m wide. See the attached image. It’s the rear wall only from 1.5M upwards. Please quote for labour only. Prep (clean and fill any gaps) and paint (2 coats, we will provide paint) all eaves, 3 balcony ceilings and 4 drainpipes of 2 story house

The fascia and gutters of the house need to be painted white to match the trim of the windows. There is also one tricky side of the house above the garage that we couldn't reach on our own. It will require the roof sheets to be unscrewed and removed and then put back after the job. It is quite high, just a tricky spot. Will require a tall ladder. This is not immediate but will look for the right person to help us. Thanks so much for the offers.
