Find an experienced house painter in Sydney Northern Beaches

I’d like to revamp my old doll’s house for my daughter’s birthday later this year. Would need to strip the crayon mess and old paint, then given a new paint job - I can provide the paint. The staircase is worse for wear and needs fixing - see photo. I’d also like new “wallpaper” put in each room. I can provide that too. Overall it’s musty and lives on our deck, it needs a thorough clean and renew. We live in Freshwater, but I work in Alexandria, so I can do a handover in that part of Sydney too. Overall I think this would be a fun job for someone creative!

Looking to get my house prepped, patched and painted. It’s an older 1950s double brick home, 3br, 1 Br - single story house. Already white just looking to fix up minor patch works, sanding etc - we want to paint it white as the house is already white

We have already completed 1/4 of the job, we would like someone to paint the remainder of the house 3 sides. We will supply paint. Biggest wall is side wall is 6.8m long by 4.6m high also including windows and eaves.

Wood surface is Merbau that has been stained and very weathered other than what is in the photo shown . ( in photo I believe it was varnished) Approx 13sqm . Two decks :1.4x 2.2 & 2.2x 2.2, also storage box 0.5x0.6x0.6 possible wash sand and stain or paint, undecided awaiting professional advice ) plus 2 barn doors 0.70x 2.0 ( external coloured either Red or Blue, internal white back of door ) trims on windows , doors accessible on both decks front and back .. side window trims TBC as either have to be tied to dock or run aground for access.. previous experience working with preparing surfaces for mould , use of aquamarine paint products , working on small areas , working on unstable surfaces. You must be a certified painter , hold current licences and have own insurance . Car park is at McCarrs creek reserve , no charge and toilet and shower facilities , water access is on land . ( however some water available and toilet access on board if required) Access to boat provided from land side from wharf at Mc Carrs creek reserve. Most importantly is that to possess a sense of humour as it is truely a small area to work on , to be flexible with availability over weekends or some dates early December during the week. However , Preferably a Sat or sun before then . Month of September most week ends would be ideal . If you have an eye for detail meticulous and immaculate in your work and practises have current and relevant experience licences and insurance .. turn up on time and genuine .. well then I will welcome you on board and I’ll maybe even fire up the BBQ and have a coldie ready .. thank you

One coat of paint on front of house cladding as per picture. Eggs thrown at house have damaged the paint work. The egg has been cleaned off, however the paint is damaged

Looking for an experienced painter to do a refresh paint for an investment property to rent. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen etc. I will attach the floor plan. DO not need ceiling or architraves. Purely just the walls. I would imagine it would take 2 people 1-2 days. Paint supplied but you would need to bring own ladder, drop sheets, brushes and other equipment. House is completely empty.

Painter Needed Looking for an experienced painter to paint the internal mezzanine/office structure and staircase in our warehouse. The warehouse has high-clearance ceilings (approximately 5–6 m). Please refer to the attached photos and advise how you would safely access and paint the high sections. First, we want to paint our mudroom which is the landing of our front door. If you do a good job, there's much more of the house we would like to paint.
