Walls – Two Full Coats Paint walls (2 coats) in: • Main living area • Hallway • Kitchen • Study • Main bathroom • Ensuite • Separate toilet • Master bedroom • Walk-in robe • Bedroom 2 • Bedroom 3 • Garage Ceilings • One freshening coat to ceilings throughout house One bedroom has a nail hole in the ceiling • Full ceiling repaint in one bedroom (due to candle smoke staining) • Apply stain-blocking primer to smoke-affected ceiling and walls before repainting in one bedroom due to candle smoke. Doors • Repaint all internal doors (both sides) including wardrobes only the front of those probably. Additional Items • Repair, prepare and repaint kitchen window sill • Repair, prepare and repaint bathroom window sill • Patch and sand minor nail holes and small imperfections • Floating shelves removed prior to job – patch and prepare properly • Proper cutting in required • Drop sheets and full floor/surface protection required Paint supplied by owner (Dulux Wash & Wear + Dulux Ceiling White). Need a painter to finish off the details of our house. It is a single story with easy access and low ceilings. Anticipate it being finishing off bathrooms as well as some trims to finish, doors and touch ups of ceilings etc. all materials are on site ready to use. paint, brushes, drop sheets, painters tape and ladders. Looking like 15 hours across Sat and Sun and must be completed by Sunday at 5pm for inspection by my brother to confirm job done.
