We need one side of the house exterior painted - must be done by friday night

Sand back fascia and re-stain around roof line. Around 70 sq metres

We have an old wooden cubby which needs to be sanded, primed and painted with a few coats of paint both inside and out. We would like it to be painted white with a rainbow balustrade.

We need two coats of paint in a milky white colour (currently it’s a light grey). The house is rendered and some patching is needed before paint. The front fence is also rendered and needs painting. The woodwork and metal needs painting too e.g. the gutters, facia, the wooden window and door frames, the eves/gutters and down pipes, small pergola as pictured, basically so the whole exterior of the house is white. Material needs to be supplied by you and included in the budget. I suggest coming to see the space in person. Example of your previous work would be advantageous.

One side of my house hasn’t had the gutters & eaves painted as I couldn’t reach them.

Exterior painting including: gutters, downpipes, fascia, eaves, 9 X timber double hung windows, 2 X timber windows, 4 X timber door frames, 3 X timber doors (with glass panels). House size is approx 20 sq m. ***NOTE. URGENT HELP NEEDED. I AM PREPARING TO SELL THE HOUSE ASAP . We would love to receive a quote for painting the interior of our house in Mount Eliza. At this stage, we would require all room walls, ceilings and skirts painted white. It is a 3-bedroom house. We would not require the bathroom or ensuite painting as this will be renovated in the future. The house will be vacated during the job which we hope to complete as soon as 30th May onwards. All floors will also be being replaced after the paint job
