Recently purchased a property. Before moving in, we'd like to get the whole house re-painted. 3x Bedroom, 2x Bathroom, 1x Power, 1x Laundry, 1x Kitchen/Dining/Living and 1x Living. All bedrooms will have bare floor as new carpet going in after paint. All other rooms are solid timber throughout. Currently painted a slight off white, looking to stay white but a few shades brighter. Happy to supply the paint and assist in prep work but I'll leave the painting upto the professionals! Happy to negotiate with the right person/company. Must be completed in first week of December.

We need two coats of paint in a milky white colour (currently it’s a light grey). The house is rendered and some patching is needed before paint. The front fence is also rendered and needs painting. The woodwork and metal needs painting too e.g. the gutters, facia, the wooden window and door frames, the eves/gutters and down pipes, small pergola as pictured, basically so the whole exterior of the house is white. Material needs to be supplied by you and included in the budget. I suggest coming to see the space in person. Example of your previous work would be advantageous.

We are selling our house on Friday and need a painter in to touch up spots throughout the house, including one full wall. All places have been marked in photos and around the house with sticky notes.
