The area to be painted includes: • Sitting room • Dining area • Kitchen • Two bedrooms • One bathroom We’re looking for a straightforward refresh using basic white paint. Please quote for the required preparation, paint and labour, and confirm whether ceilings, doors, skirting boards and other trims are included. There are also several other jobs that need doing around the property, including cleaning up the yard, so someone with general handyman and property-maintenance experience would be ideal. I’m happy to discuss and quote those items separately after the painting has been assessed. Im based in Sydney but our property manager will make the property available for inspection. Looking for someone to come and paint my house that I just purchased. Hallway, kitchen, living room x2, dining room, bedrooms x3, ensuite, wardrobes (1 is a semi walk in, the other two are just built in robes). You will need to remove some wallpaper which has been left on a few walls, remove any hooks or anything on the existing wall + patchup and paint. Hey Airtaskers, we require 4 rooms to be painted. A kitchen, laundry, bathroom/toilet and a recreational room. The rooms require ceilings, walls, door frames and skirting boards to be painted. Same colours as what is already there is fine. The time frame to complete this is completely open. Some considerations - 1. Kitchen has a small bit of paint peeling from the ceiling. (I couldn't attach a picture as Airtasker limits the pictures) 2. Kitchen and laundry both have a green glass splashback that wont require painting(See pics) 3. Where required, we will move all furniture to the centre of the room prior to painting. 4. There are 2 kitchen pictures, 1 laundry picture, 1 recreational room pictures and 1 bathroom/toilet pictures. Ill try and post more or let me know if you require more.
