Require a quote/estimate for the house to be painted it will be vacant at the time of painting. Includes the whole house internally, wall, ceilings trims, doors etc. Both bathrooms are completely tiled except the ceiling. I will have all door handles and light fixtures removed away from walls. Light fitting for ceilings will be dropped out too and ceiling fans. Paint is in good condition all round, its fairly clean and well maintained by previous owner I just want a fresh coat its currently white all round and ill maintain that finish. There will be minor patching required for previous art work / picture frames on the walls, but there isn't many. The garage will require a bit of patching and painting to get it smooth again I would say at least a day of prep work for it. Will need to start on Tuesday the 1st of July and be mostly completed by Thursday 10th of July. Happy to supply paint I would be using dulux wash and wear. Happy to send pictures of inside privately as I'm trying to respect the current owners privacy. Floor plans attached Estimate is wrong, I just put a figure in there as it wont let me not put one in.
