We require a single story three bedroom, two bathroom, combined lounge dining and kitchen area home painted whisper white throughout. Walls, ceiling, doors, door frames, window frames and skirting. The house has been partially painted and is prepared ready for completion. The ceilings are complete and some of the walls, though some walls will require some sanding and repainting. We have the paint for the walls but you'll need to supply the painting for the doors and skirting. The house is 16squares and is empty being prepared to be sold. Carpets are to be replaced. Walls and doors are in good condition. Photos can be shared upon request and if there is serious interest an inspection can be organised prior to finalising the job.
